I think you both need to explore the Tychos, which is the updated Tychonic system which incorporates binary stars and an orbit for earth which is moving much slower than what we’ve been told. The model explains the great year, lunar standstill and so many other issues that riddle us in the Copernicus system. It’s at all Tychos.space… also has a planetarium. Tropical has everything to do with with the North Star we are pointing at. The main things to look at as astrologers is the sidereal cycle of mars (that the Mayans and Sumerians recorded accurately) and the cycles of Venus and Mercury which operate like moons and in the Tychos are actually moons!
