This is very interesting. I love astrology and I tried to learn it for years now, as a hobby but also I am a single mum and can’t afford an astrologer to guide me. I try to feed my curiosity with astrology books, articles, podcasts. I found your writing as a breath of fresh air, a gift from the astrology Gods and I can’t simply have enough.
I have been single for over 7 years and I had a couple of reads that according to whom I was meeting my soul mate very soon - 7 years later and I am starting to think that there is no one out there for me . Would I want a free AI software to put me out of my misery and tell me if I am doomed to be forever alone or if I will meet a soulmate? Yes! Would it be fair on all Astrologers world wide? I am not sure and I understand your dilemma.
I am all for rewarding the hard work - even if I will not be able to afford it. And I currently helping astrology in any way? No... because no matter how much an astrologer masters he will never be able to compete with an AI - even if you dedicate your every awake time to astrology only our knowledge as humans will always be limited. The more you learns the more you realise how little you know. Have I meet an astrologer that offered me exact predictions? No... do I think they exist? Yes... will I ever afford them? No...
While I will never become an astrologer your words have always touched a part of me in a way that no other astrologers words have. Maybe it’s my sensitive mercury in a cancer to blame! But I am following you in all the platforms I can as your words and teachings are food for my soul and mind. I don’t want you to ever stop and no AI will ever replace you.
At the same time I am thinking of my job that like any other job could potentially be taken by an AI. We are humans we are irreplaceable but as workers we were always shown that we are just a number.
I won’t be able to afford £100 per month but if you are willing to do a question for £150 then I am sure nothing would stop me.
While we may delay we cannot stop AI and if you won’t do it ( for whatever reason) someone else might and they may not care about anyone else except their own pockets! But what you write it sounds as if you care, I would much rather have you behind this AI and your friends at least I know good intentions and considerate thoughts have gone into it.
Thank you for all your content, some days you are a lit match in my dark world . You help me see hope in the future and fill my heart with warmth ( literally) .
I know it’s not an easy task and I wish you all the wisdom you need to make the decision you consider right for you as I am sure this will be also good for us.
I sense the timing of this post as well as something probably not intentional but cool nonetheless, that AI looks like April 1st, so maybe the joke is on us!
You are correct, yet it will no doubt replace much. Look at how much the machines have replaced books, as just one simple example. The average attention span, if plotted out, looks like a dying heart beat. It's why Tiktok and Reels are so popular. So once AI can answer many of your astro questions in an AI app, on the cheap, many will feel ok with that, without the need for a longer, more expensive reading with a human. It's inevitable. There will be purists, but in a generation or two, god only knows...it's gonna be weird (not wyrd)
AI will never be able to replicate your beautiful, nuanced way of speaking and writing about astrological weather-- the way you weave in mythology, music, poetry, literature and Jungian constructs in explicating the synchronicity of cosmos and psyche. AI is yet to comprehend or create the numinous turn of phrase --which was the primary reason why I subscribed to just about everything you write or speak.
Joke aside, please Don’t scare me by saying you’re stepping out and letting technology step in. That would be the screaming alarm reporting out the end of soul...in my opinion.
I already feel like the competition has begun between myself and the AI. It's going to make all of us more creative, because you are right: I don't think you will be able to program the poetic sensability into it. It already can write poetry like T. S. Elliot, but still. It will always be starved for intuitive guidance. I hope...

Thank you for your kind words Ioana. I love knowing that no AI could replace me. Unfortunately, what day is it today?
Hahaha! Thanks! Can’t believe I fell for it!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
most did. You are not alone
Your commitment to April fool’s deserves a 🏆 ! Loved this.
I would accept that lol
I almost emailed you yesterday to ask what you had up your sleeve for today! I fell so hard for it a couple years ago - I’ll never forget!
..and I wouldn't have told you. Which one got you?
The statue - hook line and sinker.
that was Tanzi's favorite. Happened in Brazil as well this year
Right... and you expect me to bite again?

What about the missing chunk from Christ’s head and the stigmatas and such?
That one got me too, and my brother as well 🙃

it's coming
It was cool to ponder how I really felt about AI astrology there for a minute. I realised I couldn’t care less. Thanks!
not a bad conclusion. Though it will put many of us out of work, which will suck, but something else will emerge in its place, I'm sure
thanks for your answer, yes it would suck. But I just cannot imagine a robot with a voice and brain like yours, or Chris Brennan or ... or...
It might go the other way, you could all put your prices up because human astrologers are now becoming more special.
In my head Ai will never be able to replace our humanity.

Ha! Excellent 😉
Happy April fools day to you too.
