It was six years ago, in the Spring of 18’ when the Mercury cycle fully clicked for me. In fact, it was the last one in Aries. For years I had been working with the Venus cycle with astonishing results, but nothing could have prepared me for the onslaught of insights and help (honestly) that I got from leaning into the quickest planetary cycle of them all.
I often talk about when Mercury is close and also retrograde, we need to be on the lookout for an Idea that is stalking us. Like a hawk on the wire, we must be watchful for this Idea, because we want to invite it in. We then tend to it as it tends to us. It’s a beautifully symbiotic relationship. The idea that can be tracked using the Mercury cycle is changing our minds about something quite specific in our lives (sign, house, aspects etc.).
We tend to overlook this cycle because it’s so quick, and love (Venus) is just so much more interesting than Ideas (Mercury)…but is it? Love is an idea. Yes, it’s a feeling, it’s an experience, but it’s an idea in the sense we have a word for it, and its associations vary drastically between individuals and cultures. Mercury cycles can also deliver wonderful lessons on love. Let’s say you are a Libra rising: this Mercury cycle just started in Aries, your 7th house; in English, it means that this entire synodic period will pertain to your relationships; love very well could be an idea that claims you this run. Or if you have Venus in Aries—or in aspect to it. You get the idea.
Jung once said, "People don't have ideas, ideas have people.” This is what I’m getting at. It’s also my favored theory of how astrology works. I don’t think we created the stories of the constellations or the planets, I think they were already there, and we downloaded them into our minds. We are being dreamt, in other words.
This is all to say that with Mercury stationing on April 25th at 15º Aries it’s a wonderful time to entertain these ideas. I have taught an entire series on the subject if you are interested (HERE) and I also just included the Mercury Journey to my list of readings offered on my website. Click the hyperlinks to allow Mercury to take you over there to learn more.
Thanks for opening. Below you will find many more clickable ideas.

A few more ideas on the subject I wrote this week:
If you missed the latest pod with my new friend Jonathan, you can listen with the links below; also, what do you think of the new logo? It’s a work in progress:

If you missed the Ketu (south node) class, you can now watch it HERE:
I’ve also had an idea to widen the net of support over on Patreon. So, historically, the $100 tier was a limited one given to my personal students—and still is—but what I’d like to do is include an option for it to also apply to follow-up readings with me. As you know, doing one reading is never enough. I do offer packages, but I understand things are tight out there. And so, moving forward if you’d like to support my work, gain access to all our monthly classes/parlors/practice charts/apprenticeship recordings, and also get a reading with me each month, this is now an option. You can pledge your support HERE:
I’ve also got a couple of slots to take on students one-on-one; if you are interested, you can learn more about the Apprenticeship HERE; You can also just watch the classes and learn. Certification isn’t required:
You can also join future classes by supporting my work in becoming a Patron HERE:

Nice to see the roundup of all the recent creations all in one place, typical for this phase of the Rx. But I’m left curious, what idea has taken you?
