Love this! Yes, the old gods never died!! Our souls nearly have though, in the hubris of playing god too often and our epic forgetting! I have been making offerings to the planets on their day of the week fairly consistently for about 5 years. Even if it's just wearing their color or a necklace on that day of the week. I agree that my life is richer and more wonder-full when I steep in their energy and imagine what I could give, do, or sing to please them. They all have their own playlists too.
