I have been going through an ephemeris and jotting down the the years of major and minor standstills trying to get a better understanding on them. The eclipse you mentioned in 1792 stood out because the eclipses that occur around the lunar standstill happen in Aries/Libra or Virgo/Pisces. 1792 was a Minor Lunar standstill period. Blake was born about 2 years after a Minor Lunar Standstill himself. I bring that up because Blake's moon holds the most space in his chart. John Sandbach speaks about it and calls the planet that holds the most space in a chart the "Space Ruler". I am not sure who coined the phase for the Major and Minor standstills as the Outer and Inner standstills but it certainly feels like a ver relevant term when looking at Blake's chart, his art and words. The inner world was so important in his work "Thus all Men Forgot That All Deities Reside In The Human Breast" and yet his inspiration feels like it came from somewhere beyond. Also, There is a place off on the Old Route 66 here in Missouri for travelers to fill up and get out and stretch their legs for a bit. Its called by its fictitious town name "Uranus, Missouri" Its a bizarre place that I have slowly grown to appreciate since I have to take that drive a lot and there is an enchanting tarot card reader named Kat who is tattoed all over like a Cheetah and uses a Telsa Coil to eletrocute the sword she swallows in her side show attraction. She has all sorts of esoteric like books available in her bookstore😁

I was born at just past sunset of a solar eclipse, and my natal Uranus is at 22.50 Libra, so perhaps I should tap into Ol George on Oct 14/15 and see if he has any prophetic insight to offer!

A difficult read for me but wow, thanks for the reference to this...

would you call it a poem? So absolutely relevant for the times. I love it.

Fascinating to think of these dragon tentacles reaching through time. Happened to be reading about Blake who “...had a special relationship towards the Moon as his ascendant ... was in the sign of Cancer.” And about the number 28 showing up in his mythology. The book is Alchemy and Mysticism, Alexander Roob. Great post thank you!
