The Ghost is Clear
...The Lady of the Sea crosses the Aries Point the New Moon clears the port for Saturn
It wasn’t until my 20s that I actually saw the phrase “the coast is clear” written down. I had always thought it to be “the ghost is clear.” So when I tiptoeing around, sneaking in and out of my parent’s house as a teenager or playing hide n’ seek with friends, it was always ghosts, never coasts I was waiting to clear. I now know the difference (I think).
When I was in my Saturn Return, I actually started on a book idea about Saturn with the title “The Ghost is Clear.” The idea was dissected into 7’s and 10,000 unit increments to offer a deeper understanding of the cycle, and just how we clear the ‘ghosts’ (and coasts). It was my feeling that Saturn helps in this process. Wherever he goes, the leaden weight of the karmas we carry helps reveal the ghosts and assists us in clearing them. I never got momentum on the book. Maybe someday.
Apply this idea to the current ingress on the horizon into Pisces, and we can quickly bring a few themes into view: water, the collective imagination, deceit, illusion, delusion, oil, chemicals, and, of course, drugs. It’s often the case that themes of a transit will begin to appear before it actually occurs. Sometimes it can be seen as a pre-shadow, but not always. We’ll call it a premonition. And so, at the moment when they got us looking up for more balloons, damning information is bubbling up in the Baltic; Just as they have us at each other’s throats about what Sam Smith did at the Grammy’s, one of the worst natural disasters in recent history mimics “White Noise” somewhere in Ohio. There’s lots of smoke and substantial fog in this space, it’s easy to get lost in it.
Things are getting weird. Not the preferred wyrd. Sure, it’s always been, yet with the dual mandates of Saturn and Pluto this coming month, I’m fairly certain the wind is about to pick up and erratically turn the pages to a surprising chapter. No, the ghosts are not clear. They’ve only just been spotted offshore.
The New Moon today has me thinking of Saturn’s ingress. It’s at 1º of Pisces. Soon, Saturn will be there. The last time Saturn was on this degree I was 10, dressed like Eddie Vedder, and riding my skateboard to middle school. Also, in teaching the Constellating Psyche: Pisces class last night, I stumbled across something else interesting about the 1st degree of Pisces. It seems to have a way of etching powerful images into the collective imagination. It’s as if it’s done with a glacier into the side of a mountain so we don’t forget. For instance, when MLK gave his “I have a dream” speech in 63’, his progressed Sun had just moved into Pisces; Another example can be found in Elvis, on the day he died. The headline read: THE KING IS DEAD! His progressed Sun had just moved into Pisces as well. What are the chances?
Will Saturn’s ingress be as eventful? With Neptune it was. It was sloshing around this degree from 2011-2012 as many people felt we were fast approaching the end of Time. Not sure what happened there, but there definitely was a feeling to it. An active ghost was present. What will the hidden leviathan be this time?
Again, this lunation we are now in is tuned to it. Paying attention to the themes inside of it is a good start. Being mindful of when the Moon reaches her fullness, which perfectly enough, is on March 7th, the day of Saturn’s ingress. Lots of nocturnal light to chase down the ghosts, keeping the coast as clear as possible.
Between now and then, there aren’t any big transits that catch my eye. Venus is on the Aries Point today. No story to report there as of yet. Mercury will make some moves, like a square to Uranus tomorrow, and speed up to begin his next cazimi, but that’s all I’m tracking currently. It’s two weeks till the sea change. All hands on deck.
.: Don’t look down :.
Pisces is one of the oldest constellations. The Babylonians had wild stories of how fish beings rescued an egg from the rolling sea, which turned out to be their version of Venus waiting to hatch (Astarte). As a thank you, she exalted them into Pisces sky beings. It’s found on the walls of the Temple of Hathor and makes a powerful entry into our Age with Christ, The Fisher of Men. However you paint the polarity between the fish, it will always accentuate dualistic thinking: One fish is Christ, the other the Anti-Christ; One is swimming for salvation, the other towards hell; One is interested in spirits, the other in materials. It’s the play of images in the manifest world. And we are all taken by the magic trick.
If you are someone who gets riled up by the left and right divide, Saturn’s time in Pisces may bring up a lot. It’s a challenge to see ourselves in what is opposite, to where our shadow projects. So when US officials point attention at balloons, look down; when they blame China, we should ask how they are the same; same with Russia. Propaganda is a magic trick. It’s a potent Piscean linguistic trick. Drug-like in nature.
Part of my desire to tap out these Dragon Holes is to share what maybe some of us have missed. For instance, while arguing about balloons and using our finest weaponry to take down those of hobbyists, this game-changing piece floats downstream for all to see. You may have missed it. it’s by the legendary journalist Seymour Hersh:
Watch Seymour take the piss out of Russel Brand and talk about it:
From the beginning, to actually think Russia sabotaged its own pipeline was ludicrous. Now we know more about the obvious. This is so often a Piscean experience. Being lied to, gaslit, deceived, these are slippery tactics that we must become ever more discerning with (Virgo, the opposite of Pisces). Being gullible during this transit will have heavy-handed results. If the facts presented are true, we pray. The silence from the White House makes me uncomfortable. Underwater pipelines transporting methane are an interesting correspondence with Saturn in Pisces. Again, even though the ingress has yet to occur, these are premonitions. I doubt the issue will go away either. It’s only just begun.
And then we have the aging railroads and chemical fallouts happening thanks to neglect and greed. Turning our gaze to Ohio, we finally see some coverage closer to the center, not just on the conspiratorial edges:
The Civil War era air-breaks on these trains is what caught my interest. It was during the last time Neptune was moving into Aries. The story of why this is the case is talked about briefly in the coverage above. With tragedies like this, it’s impossible to know how bad it’s going to get, but dig into it just a little, and you realize fast there’s little to be optimistic about. I’d love to have the chart for Norfolk Southern (does anyone have it by chance?).
*note: I read White Noise in college. This coincidence with the movie and the event reminds me of Dark side of the Moon and Wizard of Oz. I have a theory on this. I did a whole podcast on it actually. You can listen HERE>
.: Kraken down :.
Recently, in a move to supposedly protect crypto stakers, the SEC banned staking services on Kraken and charged them $30 million. What’s ironic about this, is the fact that Kraken is by far the most compliant of all US-based exchanges and has always done its best to not ruffle any feathers of the bald pencil neck named Gary Gensler. It’s why I use it. This MEME tells the story well:
There’s also the fact that Kraken is a sea monster. Just like with White Noise being filmed in East Palestine, OH, then the event happening there, the Kraken story comes just before the ingress, and the regulators (Saturn) have started a war with the Kraken (Pisces). The SEC has been up to something since at least FTX times, and we will get waves of it in the coming years for certain. Read more here:
And to catch the vibe of the other fish, the one swimming excitedly towards good news over in Africa, there’s this great conversation between Natalie Brunell and Farida about what Bitcoin is doing for Africa. Also, I’ve been told Africa is ruled by Pisces. Accordingly to who? Don’t know, but I can make sense of it in my head:
A compelling chart from Stockmoney lizards on where BTC is at in its price cycle. Which animal spirit comes to mind?
That’ll do it. There’s so much more I could share, but I’ll save it for the Full Moon print. Until then, enjoy the growing moon and the final days of Saturn on home turf. May all your Aquarian ghosts be cleared. Thank you for reading. If you’d like to listen to me instead…..
Curious your thoughts on the timing of Jason Lowery’s thesis being published today?
To your proclamation that the ghosts are not clear....I say DOG DAMAGE! Which is my nephew's way of saying Goddammit!
