"I accept chaos. I am not sure whether it accepts me, though."
~Bob Dylan
This isn’t going to be a movie review. It’s just that the title of the latest biopic on Dylan’s life perfectly fits our new nodal configuration (A Complete Unknown). With the Nodes of the Moon now in Virgo/Pisces (South Node/North Node) we will now be confronted with this chaos and these ‘complete unknowns’ in novel ways. Cozy and coiled within Ketu’s (SN) tail we sit within the order we have chiseled out of our lives, with little desire to invite the collective chaos into our perfectly crafted worlds—but it will come. Wherever Rahu (NN) points is where the hunger lies, and with it now in the mutable waters of Pisces, the tides are acting up, making wyrd moves, conjuring up a healthy amount of chaos in its churning.
If you use True Node, the Nodes transitioned on the 12th of Jan from Libra/Aries; If you are Mean Node person, it was on the 29th. Either one you choose, we are now on the same wavelength dealing with a dragon contemplating its departure from the Earth Kingdom into the abysmal blue of the Water one. It highlights the battle between our practical side and our romantic ideals. Agreements and excuses will be made.
The last time the Nodes were here was 18.6 years ago, which was the Spring of 06’ until the winter of 07’. It was a time that led us quickly into the Great Financial Crisis, the Obama years, and the invention of Bitcoin. I remember what a dharma bum I was at the time. In and out of Naropa, hitchhiking, hoppin’ trains, sitting in the mountains, and thinking that I could live like a healthy version of Kerouac. My youthful folly was at its apex. These Nodes square my own (Sag/Gemini). Many lessons were learned. Always true at the crossroads (the nodal square). Where were you? Can you see developments in your story—especially in the areas of life these Nodes are transiting in your chart?
Now, wherever the Nodes travel, eclipses follow. From now until 2027, all eclipses will occur on this axis. In other words, there will be many plot twists regarding all planets and houses affected. We will get to learn priceless lessons about when to let go and when to hold on tight; we will be forced to negotiate deals with the complete unknown. The good news is that it’s where magic lives. The bad news is for those who cannot deal with uncertainty because it will be volatile and often confusing. We will hopefully learn how to trust the process.
The eclipse that has caught my eye is the Lunar one coming on the 13th of March (Total; Virgo; visible all over North America). I have a creeping suspicion it’s that eclipse that creates a surge in chaos. We will see it in markets w;hatever the narrative was going into it, will be completely different on the other side. It will be spotted geopolitically with more DeepSeek-like news events and other ‘black swans’ appearing in our pools. In our own lives, we will be swimming in it, and it will relate to wherever Virgo/Pisces falls in our charts. It’s nothing to fear, yet it is something to be aware of. To be prepared, all we must do is accept the swirl that is incoming. We don’t know enough to worry.
There is a deep wisdom to how the dragon seems to work in our lives. From head to tail, we find stories that shape our very souls. The Nodes make our lives interesting. They give us something to talk about. Without them, what would keep us going? What would we be without our stories?
